Post #4: An idea and the final render

Exploring more ideas for the final animation.. I am leaning towards making inanimate objects animated. I really am interested in revisiting my plunger character that I used in the Principles of Animation class, but obviously not with the same story line. At the same time though, I want to create a character that has a full body so I can rig a human-like skeleton.

This is Bernard. He's simple and cute, scooting his butt across the floor.

Post #3: An idea from your journal.

Plants are alive. But what if plants had personalities like other animals? Their stems have snake-like qualities, but their personalities could resemble anything from a canine to a feline to a duck. They interact together in a normal world, but it's a complex world of only plant life and organic materials.

I really apologize for my confusion in the content of my second blog post; however this is the final sketch for my character. After my group discussion, not much has changed in my character concept, however his lower half has been modified slightly so his legs aren't as awkward. The design is coming together and making more sense.
